This was not an issue until last night, no update or anything. Suddenly my game was in a much lower resolution and aspect ratio, just a very small window on my screen, and now I cant fullscreen or use alt+enter to fullscreen that way. Alt+enter just doesnt work and spikes my cpu for a few seconds, and actually setting the game to fullscreen or borderless and pressing apply crashes the game and does not fix anything
i have the same problem. I tried to reinstall NVIDIA driver, reinstall the game...don't work. I saw that in the graphic settings there aren't the screen resolutions, but just a dot.
I think that it's a bug of BF.
same issue here, apparently this issue is so rare that no one else is talking about it. I tried everything, the current status is that my pc runs 2042 and bf1 without any issue, but it can only run bf6 in windowed mode and it crashes when i try to switch to full screen in the settings, and the options regarding the screen resolutions are also just a dot.🤷
I think that we have to wait for new nvidia drivers, or new game update.
This problem is started from the installation of driver Nvidia 581.57.
Im having the exact same problem guys the game launches in windows mode and the screen resolutions is just a dot and cannot be selected and when you try to apply fullscreen it just crashes. My solution was to go back to the 577.00 Driver. let me know if it works.

I have the same issue!! The game opens in window and the resolution settings are just a dot!! When try to switch to fullscreen or borderless the whole game crashes.. glad it’s not just me with this issue 😅
After many hours of trial and error I finally found a fix! All I had to do was go to the NVIDIA app, go to graphics, battlefield 6, then turn OFF automatic display switching! Let me know if it worked for you!!!!
I don't have this setting in my NVIDIA app; where did you find it? Struggling with this issue as well...
New driver Nvidia 581.80 is out (4 november), the problem remains.
