KICKED FOR INACTIVITY

Since the launch of this game i have only been able to play a handful of multiplayer matches as i have been kicked for inactivity most of the time when i have been actively playing i have tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations i have been given by the ea team over this month i have tried o  four different occasions to get any sort of help which has given me differing degrees of success most recently i was told that i was the only person dealing with this issue by the staff member i was talking to even after i had pointed out that i had seen other people saying they were facing the same issue on places such as reddit and there own forums, i have stated my disappointment with them over the fact that i have spent 60 pounds on a game that i haven't been able to play the main experience of over the past month. i had tried to request a refund but ea arent able to do anything about this as brought the game on steam and have gone over the time limit that they allow to refund (even though most of the 20 hours ive put in was me attempting different troubleshooting tips to no avail) as you can tell i am extremely disappointed with this service and if i cannot get a refund i would like to be able top play this game.
