Kicked/froze mid rank match

If you say you’re going to implement “ penalties “ for those who leave early, what about all the dc’s and freezing issues that players can’t control?! I’ve lost 2-300rp from the match freezing mid game, it only happens on this game and in ranked. Those players like myself should not be penalized for that. Also, you need to look more into the hacking/aim bot going on. Ppl can shoot you 4-5x and you’re dead while I unload almost a full clip and they still don’t die?! wtf is that about? It’s not my internet, it’s Xbox and Xbox players. Everyone I play with on Xbox have this same freezing issue and hit markers for days on an enemy without them going down. Let Xbox and PlayStation play together & let pc have their own lobbies. I know for a fact I’m not the only one who feels this way out of the 1000’s of people I’ve played with. They all say the same thing. 

Is there nothing you can to to fix these problems??!!
