update your motherboard bios, disable rgb software temporarily and any monitoring software like rivatuner/afterburner etc, enable secureboot if not enabled make sure above 4g decoding in your mobo settings is enabled also resizeable bar enabled

I appreciate that, Bios is up to date. Secure boot is on, and all peripheral software is disabled. I use iCue for all of that.
