Couple of quick questions after reading your posts;
Do you have all of these technologies enabled? (These are from the required system specs)
TPM 2.0 Enabled -> I'm assuming you have this enabled as you're running Win 11 (unless you worked around that requirement when installing), quick check is: Open PowerShell as Admin and run "Get-Tpm" and compare out to screenshot:
UEFI SECURE BOOT Enabled -> You have this enabled (confirmed) so should be fine.
HVCI Capable -> This is the "Memory integrity" feature in Windows:
VBS Capable -> This is hardware based virtualization. Often a feature you need to enable in BIOS, seeing as you have an Intel CPU and MSI motherboard it would be called Intel Virtualization Tech (in MSI BIOS: Advanced mode -> OC -> CPU Features -> Intel Virtualization Tech + VT-D -> Enabled)
