Ok, Update. After another 8 hours of work, I was able to get it working. I had to do a complete fresh install of windows. This is insane to have to do to play a game, but it was the only way to work... so if you are still struggling, back up your computer and to a fresh install.
Still haven't heard from EA at all, it's kind of **bleep**ty on their part to ignore the players still not able to play. Thank you all for your help and guidance throughout this process, your kindness and hard work do not go un-noticed. Happy hunting!
So you have the latest Windows build now, i was pretty sure this was the issue, i still had the dxgi error issue which i could supress with enabling Debug Mode and today because of the new Win update i've tried without and i didn't get anymore crashes. So i think this new update is really good and everyone struggling needs to be sure to update their device. GG's
