Ladders not working in Sobec city

since the latest update, ladders are basically un-usable. would use these to get to higher vantage points (which is a normal practice in regular combat), but now it wont let me climb the ladder to the top anymore. I know some players didnt like other players having those vantage points, but I have to assume it was intended - why else would it not be considered out of the map and have all the details in those areas (debris, garbage bags, destroyable floors etc). I find catering to people playing one way, is ignoring players that play another way. if you wanted to make this as real of a combat feel as you clearly intended, why remove that?
