Laser Designated missiles are broken and need to be changed.

It's not only no fun to fly while constantly being lasered and destroyed,  but it is also no fun at all, to hear a constant lock tone, anywhere you go while in any vehicle, both on the ground or in the air! Getting locked from across the map is outrageous. Getting locked while behind cover, outrageous. Get rid of it or nerf it. For my sanity, please!
