Latency issues

Since a couple months now i always have problems with latency and packet loss out problems around 8:11pm in the evening. I never seen this problem in my 20 years of gaming, I changed isp but they still use the coax cable internet. The internet company came like 3 times checked my installation in house they even dug in front of the house to see if the cable was damaged. checked on the internet node they can't find anything. that cost me alot of money to do all these technical investigations. So I came to conclussion its not on my end or the internet service I use, So it must be the EA servers. Now my question is what do you guys do around 8pm or not do that my latency fluxuate between 21ms and 125ms?
