Latest Adrenalin driver update FPS

After the latest Adrenaline update and driver update from AMD, ive found that running my Adrenalin app for performance tuning has greatly Hindered my FPS in BF6, to the point where im barely getting over 100 FPS with my 9070XT and 9800X3D. Super resolution on, anti lag on, hyper RX settings basically, and before the update was averaging around 300FPS upscaling to 4k from 1440. if i close the program now the game shoots back up to over 300fps and looks great again. ive tried a fresh driver install and adrenalin install as well and can't figure it out for the life of me
