Loadouts not working

Ok so I'm not sure when this started for me but I'm unable to select different ammo, scope, grips or basically any changes to any weapon on any class. I have plenty of gaps/tokens/custom space to do the changes but no matter what I do nothing changes when I select it. It makes the "clicky" sound of selecting and changing but nothing happens.

I'd really like to be able to customise my loadouts but at the moment it's proving to be impossible 😓😥
