How to get the new 2 seater jets into portal?

My buddy and I have been attempting to create our own experience that enables us to practice with the new F18 and the Tomcat jets in portal but even after updating the GODOT they're not showing up anywhere to be used. I'd really appreciate any tips or info that I may be missing on this.
