Loss of battlefield coins

I recently bought multiple Battle pass tier skips (unsure how many) only to find it didn't get me any further than ultimate and after speaking to ea support due to the tier skips successfully being purchased there's no way of me being reimbursed or advancing through prestige pass which is a bit displeasing
