Missing Season 3 Tier Skips After Purchase

I bought the tier skip but I didn't get it in the battle pass... coins deducted

I had bought the last 2 tiers of the limited Nightfall tier last month, and spent 300 coins, but after not getting the last 2 tiers, thinking that there's a connection problem or something, I've bought 2 times more just to be sure, but I lost my coins and got no items in return. Over a month, this has not been solved by EA, and I've opened several cases. Customer Support says they can't do anything about it!

Seriously?! How can you NOT do anything that I have a problem with? You took my 900 coins, and in return, gave nothing.

Same for me with the battle pass tier skip (5x). Just lost my coins and my last tiers was not skipped...

The same for me on PC. Nothin after buying 5x tier skip...

INDOMINUS-LEGION​ We’re aware that some players who purchased the Season 3 Battle Pass did not receive their intended 25 tier skips. The underlying issue has now been resolved, and the team is actively working to grant the missing tier skips to affected players. Thank you for your patience.

Hi, I just purchased some "Battlefield Coins" to buy the discounted tier skips to close out my S3 Battle Pass - coins have disappeared from my account but no tiers granted, still 0/10 on Prestige path. Coins were purchased via Steam and I launch the game via Steam. 

ShakeNBakeGG​ If you purchased coins, and they never showed up in general, play a few rounds, back out of the game, and back in so it syncs to the server.

It is purely a sync issue. You can always set up a ticket anyway and have support look at the logs, but they would be the ones who take care of it.
