Massive Graphics Bug at Round Start

Whenever I start a round—no matter the mode or map—I always encounter a major graphics glitch. I can’t see my own player model or anyone else’s, and I can’t see my weapon model either, except for the laser. The environment graphics are blurry and blocky, like in a game from the ’90s. Sometimes it takes forever before I can see my player model or those of other players. Sometimes I don’t see anyone for so long that I get killed by ghosts because I can’t see anyone.

Sorry, but the game has been out for so long—please fix this already.
