I am having the same problem. I haven't been able to play since October 21st. Before that I played without any problems. I read using a VPN works for some people, but us on xbox don't have that option. Please let us know if you manage to find a solution, I have tried everything.
Well, for me right now the only “solution” is using a VPN. For gaming consoles, I can only recommend setting up a VPN on your router so it works specifically for the Xbox connection.
But again, doing all that just for one game isn’t really worth it. Other than that, I’m just hoping EA fixes it. And, although it’s pretty obvious, it’s still worth mentioning that using a VPN will increase your ping. Without a VPN I had about 57ms, and now it’s around 100ms.
