Matchmaking breaking.

When playing the game, After every other match, my auto matchmaking breaks, even after hitting the “A” button to continue to next match. 
Once the timer to commence to the next match shows “00” game sits and does nothing. 
Will still “timeout” and go to main menu after the time limit, but this happens like every other **bleep** match. 
if I don’t wait for the timeout, I have to leave to the MM, EVERY TIME. 
Why the **bleep** is this STILL happening?
