I'm surprised there isnt more discussion about this. They need to make it so deadzone settings in game dont affect deadzones when in menus/on the big map, both right stick and left stick. Right stick deadzone causes menus to switch tabs like crazy and left stick max input threshold lowering causes mad movements on the big map.
