I am experiencing a very similar issue on Tsuru Reef after Battlefield 6 Game Update 1.4.1.0.
The displayed framerate remains high and appears relatively stable, usually around 139–144 FPS with a 144 FPS cap. However, the actual gameplay does not feel completely smooth.
There is a subtle but noticeable recurring micro-stutter or uneven frame pacing when moving, turning the camera and tracking targets. The game can feel slightly “heavy” or less responsive even though the FPS counter does not show a significant drop.
The problem is most noticeable on Tsuru Reef. Other maps feel considerably smoother with the same hardware, graphics settings and FPS cap.
This does not appear to be a low average FPS issue. It feels more like map-specific frame-pacing instability, because the displayed FPS remains close to the cap while motion and aiming still look and feel uneven.

Observed behaviour:
1. Start a match on Tsuru Reef.
2. Move around normally and turn the camera, especially while aiming or tracking moving targets.
3. The FPS remains close to 140–144 FPS.
4. Despite the stable FPS reading, small stutters and uneven motion are noticeable.
5. Playing another map with the same settings feels smoother and more responsive.
Expected behaviour:
Frame delivery and camera movement should feel consistently smooth when the game is maintaining approximately 140–144 FPS.
Actual behaviour:
The FPS counter appears stable, but frame delivery feels uneven and small micro-stutters are visible and noticeable during normal gameplay.
The GPU temperature is also very low, approximately 42°C during gameplay, so this does not appear to be caused by thermal throttling.
The issue was already noticeable with Nvidia driver 610.62 and remains present after rolling back to the officially suggested 596.49 driver.
