Update: I opened a ticket with ExitLag. Support first had me test a standalone version (didn't fix my stutter), then told me to enable the 'counter' option in the PC Boost tab. And now no more stutter on Tsuru Reef for me! Tarkin22 teoqqi XorX86 SPBsktb1

Update: it's unfortunately back. I played 3-4 matches on Tsuru Reef yesterday with zero lag, but the next day after restarting my PC the freezes returned — the micro-stutters are back. So it held for exactly one day, just like Punnyo described earlier.
