I have submitted a report ticket and spoken with live chat. Their answer was "we don't have a solution to this right now, but we are aware of the issue" and then the ticket gets closed.

2 months agoI am sorry that I can only give a similar answer here if the support team has already made the studio aware of this. My understanding is that your case may have been closed as part of their internal process, as they may not be able to leave a ticket open indefinitely...
I will also raise it again through the CM channel, but at the moment, I am afraid the main thing left is to continue waiting for a further update.
