Hi, it is possible that your situation is the same as Locktrap’s.

Please note that the following rewards were part of the free track:

Recruit Path: 100 BFC (Tier 3)

Death Stalkers: 100 BFC (Tier 3)

Hazardous Front: 100 BFC (Tier 2)

That means you should already have received 300 BFC before buying the Battle Pass.

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

I've just had this same issue, or a similar one because my remaining balance is different. I played through the Season 2 battlepass for free and only bought it after I completed all the tiers. I started with 1100 coins and should have had 1100 coins again after purchasing it, but I only ended up with 900. So I'm missing 200 coins. Support said they can't credit coins and reported the issue as a bug. Very dumb.

Hi,

I noticed you only bought the Battle Pass after completing all the tiers, so there may be a misunderstanding here.

Please note that the following rewards were part of the free track:

Recruit Path: 100 BFC (Tier 3)

Death Stalkers: 100 BFC (Tier 3)

Hazardous Front: 100 BFC (Tier 2)

That means you should already have received 300 BFC before buying the Battle Pass. As for why the difference you are seeing is 200 rather than 300, that may be something you would need to check with support.

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
