At this point I have almost given up on receiving customer service at all. May as well write the most damning reviews on my next days off coming. No wonder the game is tanking so epically hard and the reviews have turned so bad. Rushed out and released before it ever should have been, very little to no oversight on the updates etc... constantly breaking aspects of the game like simple menus that should have been tested before release. Just such a mismanaged big WIN that quickly turned into a record decline and dropping off a cliff.
