Is anyone else missing their 5.11 Tactical Engineer skin for NATO? I have my code in my email as proof, and I even redeemed it to the account associated with it, and I still don't have it.
Weird, I didn't even get an in-game message. I've had this issue with EA for a while, too, where my old email is just inaccessible for me to take off and add my current one, and I can't do it without doing 2FA steps.
I remember when I first tried checking out with 5.11 and entering the promo at checkout, it kept saying unavailable even though I'm in the states, and it was directly on their website that the promotion was active and launched. It placed the order over 50$ but didn't even email me anything I had to call customer service myself and get a code.

Skin unlocked but not player card. Both redeemed before season 2. Hopefully it gets fixed
Mine still remains locked.

EA Support is completely unwilling and/or unable to do anything about it, so it's up to the devs to fix it.

I’m sorry man. I’ve also been having issues. I got the code since January 24th and to this day. Still haven’t been able to get the skin. EA help just gave up and send me here.
Has anyone found a solution to this? I just redeemed another code 5.11 sent me and its still not unlocking for me. EA has not been helpful .
