Is anyone else missing their 5.11 Tactical Engineer skin for NATO? I have my code in my email as proof, and I even redeemed it to the account associated with it, and I still don't have it.
Honestly we probably just have to wait for a patch. They do this all the time, hopefully eventually it will unlock
I tried to chat with EA support but when I explained the issue to your AI chatbot, it said EA support could not help me with this, to post int he forums. I also contacted 5.11
This is just ridiculous. This is the most basic of functions.
thankful 5.11 jeans aren't actually bad. at least i have something to show for it lol.
the engineer skin is the only thing I have access to.
The funny part is I bought 3 times from 5.11 (for me and friends ) so that we get 3 codes , only received one and redeemed(didn't work till now) and for the other two, didn't receive them 🧙🏻♂️

So there still isn’t a resolution a week later? I’m seeing people on X(twitter) and Reddit that are able to equip this skin.
Talked to EA chat last week about the issue and they had me do some troubleshooting like another poster mentioned, but the skin is still locked.
They need to fix this because it’s a bad look for both the devs and the 5.11 brand
The code is for the Engineer skin. The other three skins (Assault, Support, and Recon) are now available for purchase as a bundle for 1,600 BFC in the BF6 store..
What can you guys help with? I’ve posted pictures of the error code I’m getting. The scan of the code is no help at all. I’m not the only one with this problem from reading these forums. Is there a fix in the world or should I just delete this game and forget about it?
Is anyone still having this problem? I have the game on Steam, everything linked, redeemed the code on 1-21-2026 and still shows it locked. I talked to 5.11 customer support....they pointed me to EA customer support which told me to download and install RedSec on EA app then launch. That did not work either. Got back in touch with them for them to ultimately tell me there's nothing they can do. This seemed to work for some and not others. Why even bother participating in any promotional stuff if it doesn't work? I still don't have loyalty rewards either even though I've played every game since BF1942 and own all titles back to BF3 on PC.
I have this issue as well. Redeemed on 1-21-26. Still don't have access to it. I'm on Steam and have gone in circles with EA support and they told me they can't do anything. Is this possibly because it was redeemed before the launch of the season? I also never received the loyalty stuff too and have had all games back to BF3 on the EA app.
