Missing all BattlePass Rewards

Me to it’s been like 10 days 

I am having the same issue with the Battlefield 6 PRO Pass and multiple rewards are missing. I bought the PRO version early and did not receive the 25 tier skips or any instant unlock items. Several skins and weapon packs that should be unlocked like Golden Valor Speak No Evil Brodie Transparency parachute and Bad Medicine are still locked even though my tiers show as completed.
Support has not been able to fix it and keeps giving responses like known issue or please wait and refuses escalation. It looks like a widespread entitlement bug with the PRO Pass and not a normal glitch.
Adding my case here so DICE and EA can see this is affecting more players and hopefully prioritize a fix.

I am having the same issue on playstation I played for about a week and then bought pro and haven't gotten anything that I had already gotten past in the first two parts so the rogue operators section and half of the deniable Ops I have only the free parts of and I got absolutely no instant rewards from battlepass or the pro part can someone help with this?
