same issue here on PC steam, bought bp after completing all challenges for all 110 level and rewards yet none arrived in account with deducted amount from 1400 now left with 300 coins.
contacting support is nothing more than a fight with AI, trying to navigate to connect with human, i was first told to wait 24 hrs now i have been told that matter is escalated to respective team and they will fix it when they fix it no time given when. finger's crossed i hope they know and fix this fast as this seems to be a wide spread issue i have seen other posts regarding this
