Missing battlepass season 1 (redeem outage) and BF pro tokens

I tried contacting EA Help official support but that chat doesn't work at all. Empoyee only redirects to making a public forum topic... Like why is there even an way of making a case if support only ...

It's EA so of course not. Still waiting for EA to give me my BF pro token which i paid for with the phantom edition...
