Small update on the case, today i finally received the Road to BF6 rewards, all of them. BUT i am still missing all my BF6 Beta rewards =/
Yeah I made a ticket to EA-help and long story short after a week of dead ends and pointless questions they cut me off and told me using a template answer to read forums and check twitter regularly for updates on the issue. Also deadline for claiming the rewards is March 31st, what an absolute **bleep**show.
I'm missing all the challenge rewards from the beta from that period, still absolutely no help from EA.
