Missing beta twitch rewards

I am still missing my beta twitch rewards. It does not appear to be an account linkage issue as I was able to receive the launch twitch rewards without issue. I have contacted ea support, devs on twitter and discord, and have not been able to get this solved so I'm finally posting here for help. I've included a screenshot of my twitch rewards page (ignore the redeemed yesterday tag, the screenshot is from when I first contacted support). Of the items in the screenshot I have correctly received all of the post launch ones, but none from the beta period.
