The main issue is exactly what you pointed out — my communication with support has been interrupted multiple times (4 times so far), which is preventing any real progress on my case.
Each time the chat disconnects, I have to start over and explain everything again to a different agent. Because of this, the issue has been ongoing for over a month without resolution.
I am requesting one of the following:
• A stable communication channel (email or a case that is not reset every time)
• Or escalation of my case so it can be handled without repeated interruptions
My issue (missing items from the Unrestrained Hunter bundle) is still unresolved, and I cannot properly proceed due to these repeated disconnections.
I would appreciate any help in ensuring this case is handled properly.
