Thank you for your response.
I understand the suggestions, however I have already gone through multiple support attempts and the issue has been escalated to the studio team.
At this point, I am not looking to troubleshoot the chat issue or create a new case again.
I would appreciate any update regarding the ongoing investigation of the missing Unrestrained Hunter bundle items.
