Missing Twitch drops and EA support not helping

So I have played Battlefield 6 since it dropped in October and played a little on the Beta test during which I watched twitch and unlocked the drop rewards during that time. These included the Mimic weapons package, landslide soldier skin, shattered vehicle skin, and the Imperial soldier skin. 

After logging on back in October I realized my account didn't get the rewards even though I received other twitch drops for the game later on and so I know my account is linked properly, and so on October 12th I out in a ticket and it has went horribly since.

EA support has closed my tickets multiple times before trying to resolve the issue, flat out ignored it for weeks at a time by claiming our system has an outage, got my issue flat out wrong claiming oh we fixed your pre-order issue which I never stated it was a pre-order issue, and now after almost 3 months of waiting and asking for a support member to contact me directly at this point I am getting what seems like and automated message that probably is intended to make me drop the issue that reads "upon checking you account, it appears that you were not able to met the requirements needed to be able to get the rewards".

This is flat out false as like I said I earned other twitch drops and have them in my account, but they refuse to give me these which I earned. I wanna get everyone's attention on this matter and see who else is having this exact issue. Below is a picture to prove I have the items as well and I am not lying.
