I guess the biggest shame here is i can't refund my battlefield coins & the game due to these issues, don't worry you're not alone.
I'm missing only the mimic weapons package from that set (the 1st 1 hour reward, i have 2, 3 & 4), despite providing screenshots and showing them the issue is on my account on their end they insist on sending me troubleshooting bot responses, all around avoiding committing to doing anything about it and spamming me with use the live chat feature which seems to not be available in my region (Australia).
