Missing unlocked content

I completed like 2-3 days ago all assault class challanges got the skin "get loud" and title "vanguard" but the assault class medal didnt upgrade from platinum to the red one. same with sg553r, it says i compleated all the challanges (i belive it was getting couple kills with qbz and like 100 or so headshots with carbine) but the gun is stilll locked in my loadout

i made the ticket about that on ea help buuuuut ofc its AI responce with message basically being like "the preorder content can be accessed ect" and it adviced me to reboot the game if i dont see the content, i play from steam i straight up reinstalled the game and it didnt change anything for me and just gonna mention it that all other guns i unlocked with no issues i only have issues with sg553r not being unlocked to use in loadout while the challange is completed
