MSI AFTERBURNER Produces Stuttering in Game.

Impossible to aim when you play infantry.. on the vehicles the aiming is good, but when you leave the vehicle, is so hard to get a simple kill, impossible to strafe to an enemy, ani fix to this problem?

For some reason, the problem... in my case... was having MSI Afterburner open; closing it solves it for now.
