My beta rewards still haven't been rewarded

This issue has been present ever since I bought the game nearly a month ago. Ive brushed it off until now but I would like to know if theres any ETA on when they could be given? I have my PSN and EA accounts linked so I dont see why it couldnt be resolved soon.
