MY PSR IS BUGGED! (SENT THIS A MILLION TIMES ALREADY)

IVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH OUT FOR DAYS NOW!!! NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO MY ISSUE!!!! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CONNECT WITH EA SUPPORT?????? IVE BEEN PLAYING GAMES FOR YEARS NOW, THIS IS THE ONLY TIME I'VE BEEN THIS FRUSTRATED IN A GAME SUPPORT!!!!! I LOVE THE GAME THAT'S WHY I'M THIS FRUSTRATED THAT I COULDN'T USE MY WEAPONS PROPERLY!!


My PSR is at level 8 already, but the attachments are all with a LOCKED icon. I couldn't switch from one attachment to another. Before I can freely choose any attachments, I want but I think after the update, this happened. Please help, I couldn't maximize my PSR because of this. Please respond with an actual agent and not a system generated response. I've bought the Phantom edition BF6 and spent money for this game, please fix this issue. (I'VE SENT THIS HELP A THOOUSAND TIMES ALREADY BUT THE EA SUPPORT IS NOT CREATING A TICKET!!! WHY IS IT DIFFICULT TO CONTACT ANYONE HERE????)
