Last update broke the ability to receive items for completing challenges

Before anyone who can’t read the whole post starts hating, let me say this right away:

After the update, I played around 10 matches in official modes, like Rush, Breakthrough, and King of the Hill.
I restarted the game several times.
I rebooted my PC, cleared the cache, verified the integrity of the game files, etc.
I’m not the only one, judging by the number of similar posts, this is a real issue.

My “Weapon: Dead Eye” challenge was about 80-85% complete before this patch
I had 300 of 300 sniper rifle kills and around 80-95 of 150 kills at 200+ meters.

After this update, the challenge now shows as completed, but I didn’t receive the rewards, the PSR Sniper Rifle and the player card title “Crack Shot.”
I can’t use the PSR rifle because I don’t have it, and the game tells me to complete the challenge that’s already marked as completed in order to unlock it.

P.S. as I mentioned - yes, I tried restarting the game, Steam, rebooting the PC, checking the game files, and other nonsense.

p.s.s. I play on PC, Steam, BF6 with phantom edition upgrade
