NA-East Incorrectly Routed to Santiago, Chile Tenancy; Game UNPLAYABLE

Same here. I am from Europe and Tenancy is in Santiago, game in this state is unplayable because I am constantly getting stutters or lags or 2000+ high ping, I am teleporting from one location to the other etc. We pay for the game, fix this issue.... This is nonsense these years that releasing not complete game is standard....
