New update !! New Bugs ???

I didn't played for 2 days and when i try to play today every time i start on the field red Message with something like Server error or kind of some frailer with server loading im not really sure but there was some different about the game smooth and weird ?? anyway and when the operation firestorm map start i tried to play with recon and didn't took the game seriously that moment but whenever i try to look or just aim its like everything getting too much brighter then usuelle like for a moment you are hitting the flash bang with every aim ... is it just by me or did someone had the same issue ????
