Not able to join matches

I’ve had this issue for a few days. Have uninstalled game, cleared game cache, uninstalled my xbox account, reinstalled it, unplugged my xbox, reset wifi. I’ve tried everything. When I load into the game it appears normal except when I go to lobby I can’t see my character. when playing REDSEC the game loads up like normal, but again I can’t see my character in the helicopter. The game acts like it’s going to start normally but I see an arial view of the map and cannot do anything. 

im on xbox series S and nothing ive done has worked.
