Not getting my rewards

Hello, I have 4 more rewards to get on the winder offensive battle pass and so I went ahead and bought the remaining items well it took my battlefield coins and I didn’t receive any rewards. So I spent another 300 for 2 of the items and once again it took my battlefield coins. Any help you guys can do I would really appreciate it.  My name is S1app3d_By_Daggz
