Not honoring the bad launch promise
The launch on the EA app was catastrophic. After that launch EA promised stuff to the impacted people as shown in the image attached, including full Battle Pass to the impacted players, and battle pass of Season 2 if they bought the Phantom Edition.
EA's promise for the bad launch
I own the Phantom Edition, I was impacted at launch, pretty much 2 months later I got the boosters with message telling me that I now had access to BF Pro for Season 1... Except I already had BF Pro with the Phantom Edition.
As you can see I now don't have any access to full battle pass that was promised. Am I gonna receive a message 2 months into the Season telling me that I finally have BF Pro or am I gonna get something a bit sooner this time ?
