All settings reset as if I’ve never played the game

My settings just reset today, 21 FEB 26 as if I’ve never played. Starts with EA agreement screen and the. Menu narration and other options. I just deleted and re-downloading the game. Hopefully this works.

Don’t work. Such garbage after having to screw with so many settings so many times with this games. They wonder why we’re all leaving for ARC Raiders.
