Seriously. How is this still a thing? In the Beta often times one four of my squad mates would often not load into the next game at the end of a match. This was a consistent Issue in the Beta. IMO the biggest bug.
SO HOW IS THIS NOT FIXED?! BETTER YET WHY EVEN RELEASE IF THIS IS STILL A THING THAT HAPPENS!? BECAUSE THE GAME DEFINITELY WASN'T READY YET.
This happens to me consistently. Doesn't matter if I don't Alt-Tab, I will not load into the next match despite seeing "NEXT GAME READY" at the bottom of the screen.
Most definitely still an issue for me 2 weeks after launch. The first two matches will load instantly and then it takes 45 seconds to sometimes a full minute after everyone already started the match. Running a Ryzen 7 9800x3d. ITS NOT JUST A HARDWARE ISSUE at this point.
This remains on the screen's bottom and you can only exit back to menu to solve it. If you don't, BF6 will kick you back into menu after a while for alleged inactivity.
I won't buy any DLC until this is fixed.

Exactly the same issue here. I do 1 match and boom….. can’t connect the next one… Just doesn’t load at all and my screen gets like this, with a bug “Next game ready” under the squad icons, and when the countdown ends nothing happens.
If i go to the main menu and click matchmaking nothing happens too.
I’ve tried everything possible just like some of EA Mods told here of the Forum but nothing solves.
I have a brand new PC and everything is up to date.
I remember… its just 1 single match I can play. After that I can no longer play. I am just glad I got my game refunded already because I wouldn’t pay 70€ to not be able to play lol.
