Not receiving the full Battle Pass currency after completing the Battle Pass.

Question

I decided to buy the Battle Pass about a month ago. After purchasing it and completing all the tiers today, I see that I only have 800 coins; I had 1,200 before buying it, so I’m currently short by 400. The Battle Pass itself is supposed to award 1,100 coins, but it didn't. The Battle Pass ends in three days, and I’m still 400 coins short of being able to get the next one.

If anyone knows what I should do, I’d appreciate it if they could let me know.

Hi there, thanks for posting.
Your Battle Pass completion progress at the time of purchase is important here. Just to clarify, out of the 1,100 BFC available from completing the Battle Pass, 400 BFC are part of the free rewards:

Recruit Path (AKA Tactical Point): Tier 3
Tiger Shark: Tier 7
Warlord Hunter: Tier 14
Warlord Command: Tier 3

This means that if you had already earned those 400 BFC before purchasing the Battle Pass, you would not receive them again after purchasing it.
