Same issue, matchmaking servers give me big package loss and players teleporting in front of me. When I join a community server with the same game mode and the same map, the problem is gone. Smaller maps, for example, 16v16, also run smoothly, but I don't like to play CoD, so I'm not playing that.

It must be a server issue. There is no explanation why the community servers run smoothly otherwise.
