Same problem for me. I'm not talking about FPS (frames). Performance wise, no issues. But connectivity issues on bigger maps, packet loss, rubberbanding, etc.
I went to "custom" maps, full map, 64 players conquest (no bots) and everything worked perfectly. I know it is not my internet as I have great and stable internet connection, no issues in any other game ever and I was checking packet loss while playing the game - everything was perfect. That means it is something on EA side, with their servers.
Same issues. It's latency variation warning not a FPS warning. Changing xmp and CPU utilization is not going to fix it because it's network side.
