I don't know if we all have the same problem but when your opening the game open the setting. In the bottom right you will see which location server you are assigned. A lot of people seems to be connected to Santiago server even tho they are far away from there (I'm in Canada). This seems to be the problem. Playing on north America community servers works perfectly fine. They need to fix this ASAP this is crazy never seen anything like that.
